British Degrees are the most highly regarded in World
What is a top-up degree?
A top-up degree is the final year (Level 6) of an undergraduate degree course and allows you to top up your existing qualification to a full BA, BSc or BEng degree. Top-up degrees are also ideal if you're interested in studying the final year of your degree in the UK.
Entry qualifications A British degree normally takes three academic years to complete. Level 4 (first year), Level 5 (second year) and Level 6 (final year). To enter a top-up degree, you need to be at Level 5 and have studied the same subject. The most popular enter qualification is a Higher National Diploma (HND) which is deemed to be at level 5. It’s worth talking to one of the WorldStudent Advisors team. If you can’t make the top-up year we may be able to assess your qualification and you start at Level 5 year 2. Subjects areas to study Business, finance, and management, computing, law, art and design, engineering, social science, science and pharmacy, media and humanities. One tip, whatever you study at undergraduate will not necessarily determine what you do for the rest of your life. During your undergraduate degree, you will find out what you like and don’t like and on completion, you will have a better idea of your career path. At the Master’s level, you can be more focussed or even change your career path.
